In short
Super QLED is 3840×3840 / 72–90 Hz / auto-IPD PCVR with eye tracking. Do not copy Light’s 110° / 815 g / 120 Hz or original Crystal’s 130/115/105 here.
Who it is for
- PCVR buyers comparing Super’s 3840×3840 QLED engines to Light’s 2880×2880 / no-ET row or original Crystal’s Tobii 130/115/105.
- People who need Pimax’s own 50PPD FOV split (120° vs 127°) and the $1,599 vs $1,799 price split without a winner.
Who should skip it
- Shoppers of Crystal Light ($899 / 110° H / no eye tracking) or original Crystal ($1,599 Tobii / 2880×2880).
- Anyone who wants the 8K Micro-OLED Super (3840×3552 / 116° H / from $2,199) or Ultrawide 140° as this H1.
- Standalone / wireless shoppers. Pimax FAQ: PCVR-only, no battery, no Wi-Fi / Airlink.
- People who need published headset grams. Not on the cited Super pages.
Key differentiators

- Auto IPD 58–72 mm; 120 Hz eye tracking / DFR (pages + product).
- Required DP 1.4a PCVR; optional Super-only lighthouse faceplate.
Caveats
- H1 is QLED 50PPD/57PPD. Ultrawide (140° H) and 8K Micro-OLED are extras rows / other store SKUs.
- 50PPD FOV conflict: pages spec 120° H vs product + comparison 127° H (product also 138° Labs). Do not average.

Frequently asked questions
Is this Crystal Light or original Crystal?
No. Light is /vr/pimax-crystal-light/ (2880×2880, 110° H, no eye tracking, $899). Original Crystal is /vr/pimax-crystal/ (Tobii, 130/115/105 default FOV). This hub is Super QLED.
Is 50PPD FOV 120° or 127°?
Pimax does not agree with itself. The Super pages spec table prints 120° horizontal. The product page and comparison chart print 127° (product also 138° Labs). We keep all three.
Is it $1,599 or $1,799?
The product URL showed $1,599 sale against $1,799 regular on 19 September 2026. The comparison chart still says From $1,799. We do not pick one.
Does Super do 120 Hz?
Not on the cited Super QLED tables (72/90 only). 120 Hz refresh is a Light row. Super’s 120 Hz sentence is eye-tracking / DFR, not panel refresh.
What about the 8K Micro-OLED Super?
Different store SKU: 3840×3552, 116° H, from $2,199. Not this H1.
