- 13-inch PixelSense Flow, 3:2, 2880 × 1920, 267 ppi, dynamic refresh up to 120 Hz; Gorilla Glass 5; contrast 1200:1. Dolby Vision IQ is listed on Intel/Wi-Fi, not on the SQ 3 display block.
- Two processor families on one slug: Intel Core i5-1235U / i7-1255U (Evo on 256GB+) with Thunderbolt 4, or Microsoft SQ 3 5G with USB-C 3.2 and GNSS.
- Battery Capacity Nominal 47.7 Wh / Min 46.5 Wh on both families. Typical-use claims: up to 15.5 hours Intel, up to 19 hours SQ 3.
- Windows 11 Home (consumer) or Pro (commercial); SQ 3 ships Windows 11 on ARM.
Caveats
- Battery hours are Microsoft test claims at 150 nits (August 2022 preproduction footnotes). We have not lab-tested Pro 9.

Overview
Surface Pro 9 is Microsoft’s October 2022 13-inch kickstand slate — the year Intel and SQ 3 / 5G shared one Surface Pro name. Current Surface Pro sell-in is 11th Edition. This hub stays so leftover shoppers have a tablets-v1 record instead of mixing 12th Gen / SQ 3 rows with later Core Ultra or Snapdragon X sheets.
We have not used this tablet. 15.5- / 19-hour typical-use lines stay Microsoft claims.
