Yes. Apple’s Series 12 tech specs and Ultra 4 tech specs both list the S11 SiP with a 64-bit dual-core processor, 4-core Neural Engine, and 64GB. The adventure extras are not a chip upgrade.
Is Series 12 dual-frequency GPS?
Apple’s Series 12 spec sheet lists Precision L1 GPS (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, BeiDou). Ultra 4’s spec sheet lists precision dual-frequency GPS. Do not write L1+L5 on Series 12 unless Apple publishes it.
Does Series 12 have satellite messaging?
Not as built-in Ultra-class satellite hardware. Ultra 4’s spec sheet lists Emergency SOS via satellite, Messages via satellite, and Find My via satellite.
